Town1 is the epitome of a master planned modern mixed-use development. At the heart of the project is 75k square feet of retail/commercial centered around a pedestrian village. At the conclusion of an extensive multi-year planning process Town1 received unanimous Planning Board support and won rezoning and conceptual site plan approval from the Board of Commissioners with an overwhelming 5-1 majority vote in June of 2023.
